We are delighted to share that—by God’s grace—we have now raised the full amount needed to complete our new building. We are deeply thankful to God and to each of you whose generosity made this possible. With this milestone reached, we will officially close the Building Appeal. From now on, any further gifts will go directly toward supporting BSF families as we work toward our vision of reaching 500 families by 2029. May God bless you richly for your partnership.
In these past weeks, the site has been buzzing with activity: main electrical wiring has been connected, locks and additional doors have been installed, drainage has been put in place, display walls and screens are going up, brick walls are being painted, and countless finishing touches are being added. We are getting so close—moving-in day is just around the corner!

We are getting so close to finishing our building now! Exciting days! Doors are going on. More lights are getting fitted. Water tanks and pumps are getting delivered. Trees are being selected. Kitchen is getting fitted, and a friend has even kindly donated fire extinguishers. Countdown begins! Thank you, God!
อาคารของเราใกล้เสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว! ตื่นเต้นมาก! ตอนนี้กำลังก็ติดตั้งประตู ไฟก็ถูกติดตั้งเพิ่ม ถังน้ำและปั๊มน้ำก็กำลังมาส่ง เราได้เลือกต้นไม้กันแล้ว ห้องครัวก็กำลังติดตั้งอยู่ และยังมีเพื่อนที่ใจดีบริจาคถังดับเพลิงให้กับอาคารของเราอีกด้วย นับถอยหลังได้เลย! ขอบคุณพระเจ้า!

Lights and bathroom equipment is being installed! We are getting close to moving in day!

Concrete walkway and carpark are being prepared. Bathroom tiles are going in. Electrical tubing is being installed. We're getting close now!
กำลังเตรียมพื้นคอนกรีตสำหรับทางเดินและลานจอดรถ ปูกระเบื้องห้องน้ำแล้ว และกำลังติดตั้งท่อร้อยสายไฟ เหลืออีกไม่มากแล้ว!

Brick walls are mostly complete. Electrical wire system is going in. Paths are being built. Land is being cleared and leveled. The last of the windows are going in and locks are being fitted. We're getting close to completion now! It's exciting! We appreciate your prayers for the remaining budget we need to finish and fit out this office now before we move in.

Railings are going on, most doors and windows are in, ceilings are getting painted, and brickwork is nearing completion! We are still tracking to be in the office by December. Exciting!

Inner walls are going on, window and door frames are coming together, brick bathroom and storage rooms are going up, and stairs and railings are taking shape.

Roof and wall panels are going on. Ground floor concrete slab has been completed. Bathrooms are being built. Our new home is taking shape. Praise God!

Second floor concrete slab has been poured, plumbing is going in, and fence retaining wall has been constructed. Items are being selected to fit-out the bathrooms which are about to be built with beautiful red bricks, common to northern Thailand.
พื้นคอนกรีตชั้นสองเทเสร็จแล้ว ตอนนี้กำลังวางท่อประปา และทำกำแพงกั้นดินเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วเเละเรากำลังเลือกของตกแต่งห้องน้ำอยู่ เพราะอีกไม่นานก็จะได้เห็นห้องน้ำที่สร้างด้วยอิฐแดงสวยๆ

The roof sheeting is going on. It's only four more months to our official Opening Day!

Concrete slabs are being placed on the second floor and the building framework is nearly done! The building construction is really moving quickly now.

Land is now cleared, lines are marked out, and we are ready to get into the real stuff...digging and laying the foundations of an office to impact at-risk families in Thailand and eventually across Asia.

We are approved!! After about 3 months of revisions and waiting, our BSF building plans are finally approved by the government. We are excited to say we are ready to start building our new BSF office!

We are excited to say that building plans have now been completed and submitted to the government for approval. Now we are just waiting on their green light and the remainder of what we need to start and finish the build. We are trusting God in it all.

We have purchased the land!! Praise God! Thanks to the generous support of so many of you, we have now raised enough to pay for the land we had hoped and prayed for! We have been busy and have now prepared it for building, which included clearing the land, adding topsoil, and building a retaining wall. It looks incredible and is going to make a great office location to impact hundreds of families! Now we just have to raise those funds for the build...it is exciting days!

We are so excited to have just received 3D artist impression drawings of what we hope and pray will be very similar to our new office. We love them! A huge thanks to Kaarlo Pesu who volunteered his time to prepare these drawings for us from our Thai architect's (Narong Aramruangsakul) plans. We are so grateful to our architects & designers, Narong & Kaarlo, for freely giving so much of their time and skills to invest into this important work. Thank you both!

We begin dreaming and sketching out some rough but exciting plans with our amazing architect and builder who is generously donating his time to BSF.

Incredibly, three donors came through with significant donations designated for the BSF Land & Building Program that total more than 50% of the land price and about 20% of our total budget needed! Thank you, God! The ball is rolling, and we have some momentum. Exciting days!

Exciting news breaks as the BSF Board sees the need and unanimously approves the BSF Director's plans to look for land and build a BSF office! Planning begins to fundraise.
คณะกรรมการมูลนิธิฯ (BSF) เห็นความจําเป็นและอนุมัติแผนที่ผู้อํานวยการมูลนิธิฯได้เสนออย่างเป็นมติเอกฉันท์สำหรับการมองหาที่ดินเพื่อสร้างสํานักงาน BSF และการเริ่มวางเเผนเพื่อการระดมทุน
After months of searching and researching, a potential suitable block of land at a good price is identified...we are really getting excited now...and praying hard as we step out by faith!

Donations to BSF through Global Development Group toward this project are tax deductible in Australia, NZ, and the USA, and receive tax credits in the UK.
